We deal with complex issues and our trained staff are highly qualified and experienced. We offer a fee for service and are bound by our Client Service Agreement. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with our performance we have an internal dispute resolution process that will assess your complaint and, if necessary, apply remedial action.

If your complaint relates to the services provided by SR Group Debt Management and you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal dispute resolution process you may wish to lodge a complaint with AFCA.
