For viable claims, SR Group Advocacy will represent you through all stages of the dispute and claim process. 

Each dispute requires a unique and bespoke response. Representation may include: 
  • The preparation of submissions and documentation detailing your claim;  
  • The lodgement of complaints with the financial services provider, the industry Ombudsman, or others;   
  • Attending mediations and/or negotiations on your behalf.

Dispute Resolution

SR Group Advocacy finalises your dispute by finding an agreeable outcome through mediation, negotiation, or an Ombudsman Determination. 

Where necessary, we liaise with the financial services provider; relevant compensation schemes; or any other required party to ensure the achieved outcome is adhered to and delivered. 

We continue to represent you through to the satisfactory resolution of the dispute.
