Are you aware of, or are you concerned, that there may be others who have experienced poor advice or misleading conduct? We work with multiple partners in legal and financial specialities to determine if you qualify for a class action or a group claim to be made available to you.

Insurance Disputes

Has your insurance provider rejected your claim? We undertake a thorough review of your situation to:
  • Understand your dispute
  • Understand why a claim may have been rejected
  • Work towards a goal of overturning a decision and being awarded a claim

Managed Investments Schemes

Are you experiencing issues in redeeming your invested funds? Do you believe that the responsible entity has acted inappropriately causing you a significant loss? If so, you may have a claim available for compensation.
We review your managed investment fund to determine if the responsible entity has breached its duties, causing you an avoidable loss. 

 

Financial Services Disputes

Our Submissions

In addition to our client-based Advocacy, the SR Group also has an important focus on consumer finance legislation and policies. Our policy work considers the legislation surrounding the provision of financial services and seeks to ensure the availability of appropriate dispute resolution and compensation mechanisms for all consumers.
